I don't follow new blogs. It isn't because I don't want to, I just can't. You are welcome to follow me, but just know I probably won't follow back - it is strictly due to the fact that I can't maintain a healthy life balance by following a ton of people. When I first started blogging support from peers at the same stage I was helped me immensely and it took me a few months to build up to 30 followers. Stick with it - you can find your own fantastic support system on tumblr, just keep in mind - it usually takes time.

Look, if you read back thru the history of my blog one thing is certain - I have my ups and downs. What was started as a weight loss blog, has morphed into something undefined.

I try to keep things light. I mainly goof around. Sometimes I post rants, mostly I post absolute garbage. On Saturdays I tend to post pictures of cats. Because I love cats. I just want to save them all. Note: I do not want to own them all - I merely want to train them to dance with me and obey me so we can climb trees together and meet up for jogs along the river.

Ground chicken, sriracha, broccoli and cheese. Slowly easing back. By Sunday I expect to be back on my game in full force!
